It was hot!  But then the sun went down, and it turned out to be a beautiful Carolina summer night.  Perfect for a Caution! Blind Driver concert on the green at the Promenade Summer Series.  The fountain behind the stage makes a beautiful setting and there’s no better place for a picnic or a bottle of wine on a starlit Saturday night.

Our audience was made up of mostly families and couples, enjoying the music and the venue.  We brought a hundred “egg shakers” with our CBD logo for the kids, and they were out there shakin’ it up.  The dancers got into the music as well, and like most Carolina crowds, they like their country music as well as a mix of rock, pop and r&b.

Paul Miller from Tastes Like Chicken joined us for a song, and there were a number of musicians at the show.  We got to circulate and meet everybody up close and personal at break time.
